Arrow Season 3 with Ra’s al Ghul

Season 3 of Arrow, set to air in October, will be bringing quite an array of new faces to the table including DeathStroke and Ra’s al Ghul. Check out this official trailer for season 3 of Arrow.

There are rumors that Harley Quinn may be appearing in upcoming episodes of Arrow as well and possibly the Joker! (Source)
