Two Assassin’s Creed games in 2014 and Far Cry 4 Coming in 2015

Recently a Ubisoft leak has hit the internet with news that they currently in development of two different Assassin’s Creed games set for an end of 2014 release. There will be one for PS4 and Xbox One titled Assassin’s Creed Unity and one for the 360 and PS3 which is being made under the working title “Comet”. There were rumors earlier this year that Ubisoft would be making two different Assassin’s Creed games so they could focus on using the full power of the next-gen consoles. Assassin’s Creed Unity will take place in France in the late 1700′s and early 1800′s during the French Revolution where you will play as a brand new assassin named, Arno. A short trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity is available to view below.

The big news (to me) was the continuation of one of my personal favorite franchises, Far Cry. So far, limited information has been released about the game. We know it will take place in the Himalayas which sounds like an absolutely spectacular setting to bring out the power of the next-gen consoles. There has also been hinting that there will be some kind of monsters, abominable snow man anyone? Of course, the most exciting news of the bunch, elephants that you can ride!

An official release date is expected on April 4th. Check back with us soon for more announcements on video games, movies and everything else you love.
